Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Green Gold Store Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Green Gold Store ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering for or participating in the Program, the affiliate ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agrees to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Definitions
Affiliate means any individual or entity approved by the Company to participate in the Program.
Affiliate Link means a unique tracking link assigned to the Affiliate for identifying referrals to the Green Gold Store website.
Commission means compensation payable to an Affiliate for qualifying purchases made through their Affiliate Link.
Qualifying Purchase means a completed purchase made through the Affiliate Link and not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
3. Enrollment in the Program
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- Verify information submitted by applicants.
- Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts if inaccurate or misleading information is provided.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote Green Gold Store products lawfully and ethically.
Affiliates shall:
- Use the Affiliate Links provided by the Company.
- Accurately represent products and services.
- Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
Affiliates shall not:
- Make false or misleading claims regarding products.
- Impersonate the Company or represent themselves as the Company.
- Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising.
- Engage in fraudulent traffic generation practices.
5. Use of Affiliate Links
Affiliates will receive unique tracking links to promote products available on greengoldstore.com.
Only purchases tracked through assigned Affiliate Links qualify for commissions.
The Company shall not be responsible for tracking failures caused by:
- Browser restrictions
- Ad blockers
- Technical errors
- Improper use of affiliate links
6. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through their Affiliate Links.
- Commission percentages are determined by the Company and may change anytime.
- Only completed transactions qualify.
- Cancelled, refunded, returned, or fraudulent orders are excluded.
The Company reserves the right to review transactions before approving commissions.
7. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid according to the Company's payment schedule.
Payments may require:
- Minimum payout threshold.
- Verification completion.
- Valid bank or payment information.
The Company may withhold payments where fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in activities that harm the Company's reputation or operations.
- Cookie stuffing or artificial traffic generation.
- Bots, scripts, or automated click generation.
- Unauthorized trademark bidding.
- Imitation websites or social media profiles.
- Illegal, harmful, or inappropriate promotional content.
Violations may result in immediate termination from the Program.
9. Intellectual Property
The Company grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes.
Affiliates shall not alter, modify, or misuse Company intellectual property.
10. Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship across websites, blogs, social media, and promotional platforms in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Immediate termination may occur for:
- Breach of Agreement.
- Fraudulent marketing activities.
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Activities damaging to the Company's reputation.
Unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations are identified.
12. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid during the previous six months.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
