You will receive an email confirmation from Green Gold Store once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
Yes, we do offer free shipping within India for order above Rs. 250.
Standard home deliveries are usually made within 3-10 business days from the date of your order being placed.
We are sorry. We can't assure you the specific delivery date. All the products will be delivered through courier and the delivery will be done in 3-10 business days depending on your location.
International shipping charges vary according to the products ordered and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
We accept all major Credit / Debit cards, Net banking, Wallet payments.
Promo Vouchers are for all the customers to make their shopping experience more interesting as we would be sending some of the best deals your way! It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts on your purchases
Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.
Generally, vouchers can be used only once but then special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.
Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher card that you received.
- Please copy and paste the voucher code as it is case sensitive.
- Please check if your order value is more than/equal to the minimum order value stipulated for the voucher.
- Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the communication you received.
- Please also check if the voucher is specially meant for a particular category or products.

Unfortunately, no. promo voucher amount can neither be refunded nor encashed.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order status using ‘Order Tracking’ option available in your ‘My Account’ section or by clicking on the tracking link we send in your dispatch email to view the latest tracking information.
What do I do if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
If the received product is faulty or damaged, send an email / raise a ‘Support Ticket’ or call us at 040-4248 5555. We will process your order for exchange within 7 business days. Please check your email as we’ll provide you with updates about the status of your return/exchange. However, in case of damaged/missing product, the return request should be filled within 2 days of delivery.
After placing the order, changes cannot be made by you. However, you can send us an email or raise a ‘Support Ticket’ regarding the changes that you would like to make and we will update from our side.
You can login to your account and change the billing address and also send us an email quoting the new billing address. We can change in our database for further reference.
Out Of Stock
If the product of your choice is out of stock, please opt in for product alert /updates using the feature available on the product page using your email id.
If the preferred product is not in stock / is not available on our website. Kindly opt-in for email alert on the product view page at www.greengoldstore.com. You will receive an auto email alert once preferred stock is available with us.
We have listed the age groups and the sizes details available on our website.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 business days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund . We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 business days.
