Can I change the shipping address before my order ships ?
We regret that we are not able to make change the shipping address on orders once they are transmitted to the fulfillment center. When you submit your order, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation e-mail is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. In less than an hour, those orders are transmitted to our fulfillment centers and the shipping address can no longer be modified. We hope that in most cases this expedited order processing works to your advantage.
My merchandise arrived damaged. What do I do ?
We will happily replace your damaged merchandise for you! We kindly ask that you do not ship damaged merchandise back to us. Please hold onto the damaged merchandisee in case the shipping carrier wants to collect the damaged merchandise as part of the claim process. Please note, if your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (ex: misprinted logo, hole in fabric). If your item appears to have been damaged in shipping (ex: box is damaged, etc..), please contact us by using the 'Ask a Question' tab above and make sure to include the following information:
Order number, Damaged item(s), Notes about the condition of the box etc.
Once you contact us, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and have a replacement item sent to you immediately.
My size is not in stock . When will it be available for purchase ?
We make every attempt to stock all popular sizes for our apparel.
If the size is listed,but is not available for purchase, it may be out of stock of that particular size for several reasons.
The reason for the inventory shortage depends on the message shown when that size is selected:
Out of Stock - The item has been discontinued and we are selling our remaining inventory.
A new style/model of this item may be in process.
If the size is not listed at all, then it currently unavailable from the manufacturer or there is not enough demand for that particular size. In either case, we encourage you to write a message to our merchandisers so that it may be available in the future!

Sorry, as of now we do not offer such facility.
What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
a) If the item is out of stock when you are trying to add it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and the item won’t get added to the shopping cart.
b) However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your shopping cart but before check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out.
You would then need to remove it from your cart before proceeding to check out.
c) If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, then we will put forward our best attempt to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take longer than 15 days ship,we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item, and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.
